The Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet Generator:

The Diet Generator firsts asks you to set it in either a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian mode It then asks you to select your favourite foods from an extensive list of foods that you most likely have in your diet already.  It then generates your meals plans for the next  11 days based on your choices.  This is followed by a 3 day period that allows you to eat whatever you want!  At the end of the 3 days, you are back to the 11 day plan.

Note: You may wish to continue this cycle as many times as you want or until you reach your desired weight loss goal.

4 meals are planned out for you everyday to be eaten every 2 and a half hours.  Meals can be eaten in any order except for certain days where you are asked to eat a particular meal first or last.  Unlike other diet programs, the Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet Plan does not focus on calorie or carbohydrate counting, and there is no limit on portion size. 

The Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet Generator is simple to use and will allow you to start dieting instantly once the Diet Generator produces your meal plan.  Also, since you have access to the Diet Generator for life, you can use it as many times as you wish for a one time fee.  Meals can be constantly switched around and regenerated to provide more variation to your diet.

On a final note, the Diet Generator is also fun!  The combinations of various foods allows you to be creative when thinking of ways to cook.  As well, dessert such as fresh fruits and frozen yogurt may be consumed on this diet.

You can select and generate your meal plans for the next 11 days based on 46 different foods that you most likely have in your diet already.  The Fat Loss 4 Idiots Diet Plan does not require you to buy any special or expensive pre-packaged foods.  You are able to simply continue buying food at your grocery store as you normally do.  

Although meals are different for every person, here are some examples of a customized menu for the first 3 days: 

Day 1

Meal #1:

For Meal #1 you may eat any combination of the below foods that you wish (you may eat all or just 1 of the below foods, it's up to you).

  • Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Roast Beef Slices
  • Bowl of Mixed Vegetables


    Meal #2:

    For Meal #2 you may eat any combination of the below foods that you wish (you may eat all or just 1 of the below foods, it's up to you).

  • Scrambled Eggs
  • Broiled Sea Bass

    Today is a day of FRUIT ONLY for 3 meals --- plus a DELI-MEAT Sandwich for 1 meal.

    This means that 3 meals must consist of only FRESH FRUIT and nothing else, and 1 meal must consist of just a sandwich (as shown below).


    Meal #1


    For Meal #1 you must eat a DELI MEAT SANDWICH.

    This Sandwich must be made from the below ingredients only:
     
  • 2 Pieces of bread
    This means REGULAR-sized sandwich bread (normal sliced bread).
     
  • Any deli style MEAT
    (such as roast beef, ham, pastrami, turkey, or any other deli meat).
     
  • Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Onions are OPTIONAL
    *You don't have to use these condiments, they are optional.


    Meal #2, Meal #3 and Meal #4 are explained BELOW:

    For Meal #2, Meal #3 and Meal #4 you must eat FRESH FRUIT chosen from the below list only:
     
  • Oranges
  • Pears
  • Apples
  • Grapes
  • Peaches
  • Plums
  • Strawberries
  • Kiwis
  • Grapefruit

    *All fruit must be fresh fruit, and you may eat as many of these fruits as you wish per meal. There is NO LIMIT on portions either.
